Fern Fabrications is a sole-proprietor 3D printing business operated by Jake May. This site is located at fernfabrications.com and sells precision 3D-printed accessories and custom filament art.

Information we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide:

• Contact & quote forms — your name, email, and message
• Filament art inquiries — name, email, project details, and any reference image you upload
• Orders — name, shipping address, and email, collected by Stripe at checkout

We do not use cookies for tracking, run analytics, or build advertising profiles.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry or fulfill your order
• To send an order confirmation email after a successful purchase
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing

Third-party services

• Stripe— processes all payments. Card numbers and payment details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (order confirmations, inquiry replies).
• Vercel — hosts this website. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained for a short period for security and performance purposes.

Data retention

Inquiry emails are stored in our email inbox and retained as long as needed to serve you. Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing jake@fernfabrications.com.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email jake@fernfabrications.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy
